organic! inexpensive! tasty! all that however does not mean that it will satisfy your craving for salt. I use this product (after grinding it in my blender) for seasoning meats and vegetables, and it does replace a certain quantity of salt in that respect. Potassium chloride products are my choice (despite the barely noticeable aftertaste, and the expense) for a true salt substitute. if you have been recently placed on a salt-restricted diet, you MUST change your eating habits, and your attitude about salted food. this seasoning blend is a nice transitional product, and much cheaper than mrs. dash and similar seasonings.Vollständige Rezension lesen

It just great !
