good shampoo, but cracked bottle

The shampoo is good, but the bottle cracked in transit, and the shampoo was leaking out. I had to put it into a different container. It should be mailed in a box, not a padded mailer. Love this product. Only think I don't like is if you use too much, it makes your hair look greasy. Other than that, I feel it works wonders on my hair.
