John Wick sequel
Having enjoyed the first John Wick film I looked forward to the sequel. What a disappointment. It is just a continuous series of non stop set pieces of bad guys being killed, with no real plot or drama to speak of. After the first 20 minutes it just got tedious: I watched it to the end hoping it would develop an evolving plot, but it didn't. More like a X box shoot-em up game for 14 year olds, not a patch on the first film. I read somewhere on the IMDb that the body count was 168 - divide that by the minutes of film running time gives you an idea of what to expect. Baffling but hugely enjoyable action romp
As with John Wick one there is no shortage of well choreographed action that takes you pacily through a very scant story line and minimal dialogue. Keanu Reeves reprises his role as a taciturn assassin with a scorched earth approach to righting his wrongs.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Best action film for a long time
Was a great action film and Keanu Reeves was excellent even better than the first John Wick film and there was plenty of action.

Great movie but faulty DVD
The movie itself is excellent but the DVD played very quietly, without subtitles I would not have been able to understand the dialogue. I know it’s not my system at fault as John Wick 1 and 3 played with no problems. Vollständige Rezension lesen
