Dated films, but entertaining.
It's easy to critique these dated films 'low' against today's video technology, and against today's standards of realism that the industry and the public simply wouldn't/couldn't accept back then. best double feature out there.
One of the lesser known films from Heston, (Mother lode) but truly my favorite. and being a double feature with Jeremiah Johnson, no doubt the better Redford films, great duo...

Robert Redford's "Jeremiah Johnson" is still a Fine Movie to own on DVD.
Jeremiah Johnson was as engaging as I remember, but so far, I couldn't get into 'Mother Lode' !! Too bad "The Natural" wasn't included instead!
