Bad design and difficult controls

The so called ergonomic design doesn't fit properly. Earphone keeps falling out or is too tight to fit in my ears. The design is quite weird and you can't use any generic covers and it hurts in ear if you do so.

Controls are difficult to use. Music forward intermittently reduces volume, pauses music or triggers OK Google... basically anything but forward the music.

Good phones

These are good phones, with one small problem for me.
They are a little big for my ears but the sound and controls are very good for the size.

Not what I thought

Sound quality is good, they feel if they don’t sit in ear in a snug way, and kept pausing playlist and voice kept coming on phone, most annoying, wouldn’t recommend, very disappointed

They stay in my ears, usual ones don't

I always try to get these earbuds as the rubber surrounds are the only ones which keep the buds in my ears. This is vital when making music & earphones as useless if recording vocals as the head pressure from their shape blocks my sinuses. Surprisingly good earphones

Very loud and clear earphones. Read the manual as volume and track control are a bit different to most other makes, actually I like it better with the separate volume slider.

Not what i expected !!!

The ear plugs are very very big , not ordinery ones ! And the sound is very disepointing for Jabra !!!
Dont buy it !!!

Really uncomfortable to wear, regardless of which earpieces you go with. Couldn't get them to stay in and the sound quality is very poor.
