great little camera

it is hard to imagine that a camera so small can deliver such great video. i filmed a high school play from the back of the theater with this camera. the image quality was superb. the color fidelity surprised me. the versatility in image quality, frame speed, etc gives you a wide range of file size without sacrificing an enjoyable clip.
for a large hand, the small camera may be a bit hard to control, but with the hand strap holding the camera tight to your palm, you can feel a bit more in control.

Best camcorder, under $100 in used condition, which also has 40 X optical zoom

Just bought a used one, it's 2021, 10 years after the camcorder was released. The 40 power (40X) optical zoom makes the camcorder worth the price. You can record a bird in the top of a tall tree and feel like the bird is right in front of you................................really, the camcorder only has 1 major drawback -- it records at 59 frames per second BUT plays back at 60 frames per second -- if you don't mind watching grandma speed-walking with her cane or hearing your favorite band playing a song slightly faster than it was being played live............................. there's not a better cheap camcorder on the market. Be sure to buy a larger batter and a spare larger batter (2 hours type). The 2 hour battery originally cost almost as much as the camcorder, but it appears that there are substitute brands of batteries that are less than half of that price........................... unless you are a pro, this is the camcorder you should buy! I suspect that the program will not be supported in the next major computer program upgrade (after Windows 10)... so you might need to keep an old computer around if you want to upload the videos to elsewhere.Vollständige Rezension lesen
