J k Rowling - A biography The Genius behind Happy Potter

This is such an inspirational read. And so satisfying to see Jo over come everything with emended success.

Well written but dated now, written in 2001.

Much speculation and reliance on people from J K Rowlings past,ie people who knew her but not intimately,therefore not necessarily accurate although conclusions drawn seem to be unbiased. Unfortunately written too early to cover the later developement of her stories and the characters in them. I bought it as J K Rowling has not produced her own autobiography and i was curious to find out more about her past and the background which has lead to her success.
