When I opened it the dvd has a deep scratch all acrossed the dvd Dvd. It will not play it is froze on the picture very very very disappointed.

Great family movie !

This movie is wonderful. It really gets to the core of Christmas and how it's been turned from a family holiday to a commercial holiday. Yet it's done in a fun heartwarming way.
