Great basic thermostat.

Basic 7 Day thermostat.
Has pre-programmed settings or can be overridden if you choose to program different heat/cool times and temperatures.
Has a 5 minute compressor protection delay so it doesn't restart a loaded a/c unit.
Has 30 day to 1 year "change filter" timer.
Install batteries and program from your recliner. You can then commission at your leisure.

Easy fix

Replaced existing thermostat with this one because another person in complex had bought this exact one. Easy install. Now I can set each day with custom settings instead of week/ weekend. Works great.

Pretty good deal

The only downside so far is that most of this model have a place on the front that says...heat...off...cool... this unit did not have that printed on it
