It is well made , you can remove the brass face for cleaning. Unfortunately, although it is made with 3 steps in the part that would attach to your can, it does not go small enough to fit any of the 4 differently designed watering cans I have. It says it is designed to fit any watering can, as an aircraft engineer, I can tell you it does not. In theory it might fit spouts from 15 to 30mm, in practice it may not fit thoughs in the lower range.
