Doesn't all things on the wall

I purchased this white sack told a a poster on my daughter's wall top corners get falling down. Also at the same time I'm too old some led Dr on thin thin wire won't grip the wire or keep it in place lights just fall down and out of place. It's alright but not white.

It's just like blue-tack. the colour is not white but a cream colour.
