Perfect. Be aware of the power connection.
This is sold as used, but, I actually think I got a brand new one. There is absolutely zero wear indication and the box looked unopened. In any case, whether it is new or used, it is perfect.

Great product
The docking station is critical to my ability to work from home. It allows me to utilize two full size monitors, meaning I don’t have to struggle to read a 13” screen full of micro print. It was easy to install and great to work with. It has more USB ports than the actual laptop does, as well as more ways to connect monitors. A Business Essential
This docking station is very light and compact, yet sturdy and versatile. It is simple and intuitive and uses the same power supplies as the laptops that are compatible with it, as one would expect. No space is wasted on it that could have been used for ports. I like the dual Displayport monitor support. Very handy.
If you have a computer which is comapatible witht this docking station, you will not go wrong. I have 2 of them one in office and one at home. Plug it in and you can run on 3 screens and all your accessories connected instantly, including the power cable.
Love it.
Well, for now i love it. Once we change the laptops to a different brand or type, the docking station will become a garbage.

Good product - Fair price.
Good product for the price. It's not quite as smooth as a brand-new docking station, but it is very functional still. It is working great for my purposes as a home workstation docking station.

Good value.
This is refurbished but in good condition. Ideal to work from home. It does not have HDMI port so if you have a monitor with HDMI you may need to get an adapter. It works well with adapter.

Easy to setup and use.
Perfect dock. Easy in, out. Enough USB ports and dual display ports or 1 VGA can accommodate most users. Been using it daily in quarantine.

If you need it, you need it
This docking station is compatible with a certain line of HP business/professional PC's. If you have one of those PC's (EliteBook 840, 850, Z-Book, and some others), and you need a docking station, this is the one you need. If you don't need this docking station, don't buy it.
This docking station works as intended with the compatible machines, until it stops working. There seems to be some reliability problem with the slider that engages the computer. So far, one out of about 10 of these units I have purchased has exhibited that problem. The rest are - so far - working just fine.
