Great value
Haven't installed it just yet since I have just under 10% left on the current cartridge, however, it appears brand new and was at a good price.

Good value, but prefer chip1
The product is good, but would rather have had the chip already in them. It's a pain to get them out. But I didn't know what "no chip" meant, so it was my fault - hope they last a long time.

The only problem is with the description (says black we got cyan). Thats okay we will use it when we run out of cyan..........
