HOLOSUN HS510C 2 MOA Open Reflex Circle Dot Solar Power Holographic - Red Sight

Going to be one of my favorites

Amazing sight with great features and options. I haven't even installed it yet on my TS12 but can see that this is going to perfect for a shotgun application. The quality and finish of this is as expected from Holosun and does not disappoint.

The quick mount feature is awesome as well as the solar feature which in a pinch will operate the unit without or with a dead battery giving confidence that in the worst case it won't let you down.

Love it !!

I bought this product for use at Front Sight firearms training institute in Pahrump, NV. Before installation I was lucky to hit the 24" x 36" target with iron sighrs at 25 yards, with one very good eye and one barely usable eye. After installation and adjustment/tuning, I'm "nailin' it", with 6-10" grouips on first day after installation. I recommend buying and using this great product without hesitation. Awesome build quality and outstanding performance

I replaced another Holosun red dot with this one because I wanted the circle dot rather than just the dot alone. In reality, both optics are great, but I am really impressed by the build quality and appearance of this HS510C. It looks fantastic on my rifle, it works incredibly well in low-light or bright sun. Really, Really Nice Site

I have a hard time seeing red dots clearly, but the Holosun HE 510C-GR is a great, clear and easy to see green dot site. I would highly recommended this site to anyone needing a sight that helps them aquire a target quickly and accurate. Vollständige Rezension lesen

i've had red dots before but this one is much superior. the reticle options, auto dim or bright, light weight, amazing field of vision, battery use and light use, etc., etc. no cons

Great Open Eye Sight!!!

I am use to using Eotechs and this Holosun has a much better image in the bright light and wheel built. It is sleeker and not as bulky as well which makes for a nice fit and eye appeal. I love the ease of the battery storage and the solar panel. I highly recommend this sight for anyone looking for a good alternative to an Eotech. Vollständige Rezension lesen

Holosun is awesome!

I own holographic and red dot sights from Aimpoint, Trijicon, Eotech, and Vortex just to name a few. They're all pretty good, but I honestly don't believe any of them offer anything better than Holosun. It's very similar to Eotech but with a much clearer reticle. The battery lasts forever compared to all the others too. Combine that with the fact that it has NV capability, QD mount, green reticle,and a titanium hood for only $300 and I'd say it's just about the best value out there right now for CQ optics. I fully recommend all the other brands that I mentioned but I don't believe your getting anything better for the extra $.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Great for AR, lousy for Ruger PCC.

Incredibly perfect for an AR-format/geometry rifle, it's a fine and cost-effective competitor for the known classic reflex sights. But alas, it is incredibly crummy for a Ruger PCC style rifle, because it stands much too high above the bore axis/cheek weld position and is just no good for that sort of rifle at all. So obviously I intended this to go on my Ruger PCC. But that's okay, I just swapped it with another Holosun, the HS515C that I had on an AR and which can be mounted VERY low by removing all spacers and using just the included QD mounting plate. Great optic!

Holosun green dot rocks! I own three of these, actually one green and two red dot versions. One thing that every description fails to mention is that the green version actually has some useful settings that the red versions do not have. On the green dot only you can set the minimum brightness level in the automatic mode which is handy if you are in a location where you may be aiming from a shaded position out into a fully lit position where the auto mode would be too dim. Otherwise you would have to use the manual brightness mode in order to be able to adjust it. They also work without batteries as long as they are exposed to light which is a great failsafe. The 65 moa 2 moa circle dot adjustable reticle is great too, makes quick target acquisition easier. Vollständige Rezension lesen
