Awesome price and easy to use.

Takes the burden out of tax preparation
Use H&R every year for tax returns. Simple to install and use, and it guides you through the tax process. I purchase the edition with the state return as it makes it easier to file both returns. Federal filings are free, the state, you have to pay for E Filing, but it is easy to do and better than paper filings.

Used H&R block software for years .. don't like that the CHAT is harder to use now ..but it's Ok
H&R block software is easy to use .. they have changed the CHAT..option ..Used to be you just click on chat & ask your question ..NOW you have to open in a separate browser & leave the process of doing your tax return ..ask question ..then GO BACK to filling in return .. not as convenient Vollständige Rezension lesen

H & R is my choice
I like it more than the other popular brand. I just find it easier to use. This is my 3rd year buying h and r tax software.

Software won't install
This software will not install from its CD, so its hard to give a review of the actual product. I have been going back and forth with its tech support staff for a couple of weeks now, and am not closer to getting it working, than when I first got it. Great product.
I have used H&R Block (formerly TaxCut) software for years. I highly recommend. There is an extra charge for e-filing State returns.

I've been using this software for many years
I've used this software to do my taxes for many years. I retired in 2019 so doing my taxes was much different than in prior years. The H&R Block Tax Software walked me through it with no issues. It will be much easier next year because it imports the prior year's return and gives me the opportunity to enter similar information. One federal e-filing is free and I get email notifications whenever the status of my return is updated. Highly recommended.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Making taxes bearable
This is easy to use and having early gives a jump on preparing taxes and looking at the sensitivities to year end strategies.

Broken promises
