Great singer; a little too "country-ish" for me
B. J. Thomas is a strong singer and some of his hits are well-known. He has some country hits that a country lover might enjoy. The CD shipped perfect from this seller, but I'm not crazy about all of his songs. I wish we could still hear him on the radio but sadly anyone over age 30 doesn’t get played but instead we hear young no talents.
Love B J Thomas, no one else sings like him. He has a unique style & way with delivering the notes of a song.

Great Classic Rock & Blue's CD

Not really what I was looking for.
Ok, be aware that the first 5 songs are VERY old recordings of when he was with his band The Triumphs. I thought it wasn't really him singing. Unfortunately, my favorite, "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry" is one of these. Disappointing. The rest are good with the voice we've come to love over the years.

All songs are of great quality, the cd has all his hits even has mama and billy and sue which sound like the original 45's. I give it 5 stars.
