Cooks fast and a great value.
This item bakes food very good. The rack is not stick in which I don't have to coat it with a non-stick spray. I can put it int the dish washer or was it by hand. Works Great
I bought this Crisper Tray to use in my Cuisinart Toaster Oven. It works perfectly, especially with the oven’s fan on. I’ve cooked fried potatoes, fish, and chicken thighs. All came out beautiful. Wish I’d gotten one sooner. Vollständige Rezension lesen

So much nicer than a regular broiler pan.
I baked a meat loaf on this pan. I like this idea because I have never liked my meatloaf cooking amongst the fat. With this cookware the oil collected in the bottom of the pan. Several friends and family members recommended this to me and I'm very pleased I purchased one. I have a convention oven so the using the convention feature and the try my foods come out truly crispy with the fried taste that you can't get by using a regular baking tray. It's Worth Buying, But Just Barely...
Do not spend more than $15 for item and P&H for anything that attempts to market itself as this or like this item.
It does not air fry but it does cook things a little faster and crispier. 'Not a substitute for frying, but it will stave off the frying demons some.
Also, it is a lot smaller than you think it is. It's probably half the size you think it is.
It's not so easy to clean with all of the little grates and such in it. Perhaps if it was larger it would be more worth the washing for every time you use it.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Gotham Steel Crisper Tray
I have used this Crisper Tray many times since buying it .It is much smaller than it looks on TV LOL" I guess it's true , about the camera adding to the size . That's the only Con I have . The food cooked with the crisper is much better than the same food cooked in the microwave . Great for finger foods . The wire crisper tray is very well built . Gotham Steel Copper Crisper Tray
The size is what I need to fit into the countertop oven. Except for one concern this might be a great product to have.
My concern is the paint. A couple of days after getting this I saw a listing for a stainless steel version of this product. The copy mentioned toxic paint.
Now I am afraid to use this until I found out if the paint is toxic.
I have no way of knowing if the paint is toxic.

So far so good
I've only used this item so far to make oven fries from fresh potatoes, and it does a really good job. I use convection and set the heat to 450 degrees, cook for about 35-40 minutes. They come out delicious! I do use a touch of olive oil with the seasoning, but still so much better than frying.Vollständige Rezension lesen
