Timeless Classic
I remember seeing this movie in the theater a few times as a young 9 year old at our local theater for a $1.50. Back on 1979 we rode our bikes everywhere and did not come home till the sun went down. So sometimes we all went to an afternoon movie. Going In Style was a total trip for us. Seeing these old guys hold up a bank, party in Vegas. So glad I purchased it (finally) after years and years of nit seeing it. It was as good as I remembered. A movie buff's favorite !
There has been a recent remake of this film and it is OKAY, but not as poignant. This original film is excellent, the print is beautiful and the cast is superior..

Who could not love two academy award winners lay off each other so well. It is the kind of movie you can watch over and over and over again

This is the original Going In Style, not the recent remake. George Burns, Art Carney, & Lee Strasberg; it doesn't get any better than that. Exactly what I wanted!

Among the last performances of some real American Treasures. Why they bothered to remake it is really beyond me! Has Hollywood really run out of original ideas???
