Very accurate discription for someone planning a visit

I have read all of the book and keep going back to check on places and the unbelievable history of Jordan. Whether you are looking for the religious parts or the ancient areas of the country it is all included in this book without so much detail to make it boring. I am planning on a week long visit with a friend, we are renting a car to really be able to see the country, and this will be with me all the way. It is a safe and tourist friendly country for travelers.

This book has given me a truly exciting idea of what we will see and experience. I plan to ride a donkey in Tetra and a camel somewhere in the desert. What an experience!!

Anyone going to a country with as much history as Jordan should read and review as much as possible before going, it really enhances the experience.
