Lasted for 3 days before breaking

Fitted the element to the tumble dyer which was being used in a ladies hair salon. The element lasted for 3 days before breaking down. Reported the fault to the supplier I purchased it from but never got a response. My client has now bought a new dryer and binned the old one with the duff element.
