Geemarc Tv10 Universal Remote Control With 19 Programmable Buttons

Great but reliability questionable.

This is a straight forward remote control with the essential buttons. The programming was a bit fiddly but after 30 minutes everything was fine, and I was very pleased with the outcome for my 91 year old mum, her tv is a Samsung 37" about 8 years old. Now for the downside, after about 2 weeks of use 3 of the buttons have stopped working and try as I might I cannot get them to program back again. One of the buttons is the On/Off and this is frustrating but has been overcome, the other is the programme up and down buttons for the channels so all in all not great.
I will be trying to exchange this for another but wonder how reliable it will be.Vollständige Rezension lesen
