Garden of Life Raw B-Complex

In getting my body prepared for total knee replacement surgery one thing that was suggested was taking a multi vitamin along woth vitaim c, iron and folic acid.
I have been using Garden of life products since May of 2006 with my first attack of diverticulitis. Each year they come out with products that has done more that I could possibly imagine, and I love all the products, but this b-complex has given me the opportunity to stay much healthier before the surgery but I have been healing at a greater rate since my surgery. Great product!

I take this 3x a week. I have Epstein Barr and the virus becomes active from time to time. When I am feeling exhausted, that's when the virus kicks me. I was taking this every day, but when I went for my physical, my doctor said my levels were 97% and almost toxic, so I only take it 3 days a week. I love and trust this brand!!!

These are True food created vitamins! I suffer from Adrenal Fatigue due to too much caffine consumption. These give me added energy and lessen my symptoms of Not wanting to get out of bed in the morning!

Worth the money!

I've been taking this for a couple years now and love the benefits. I used to get so tired in the afternoons, but these vitamins keep me alert all day. I haven't been sick in 2 years and feel great!

Adrenal fatigue? Glorious B's!!

Remarkably and rapidly effective. Total difference from synthetic vitamin B, felt immediately. Anyone with adrenal problems should use these B's. Best product out there.

Essential supplement health conscious one should have

I like the fact that this one isn't like most "Vitamins" out there. You will not have this strong Vitamin smell afterwards. It is organic and made of plants for body to absorb it.
