Garden of Life product are always great. This 'Vitamin Code B-12' is working great for me. I am 52 years old and for the past few years, every day I feel tired, sometimes numbness in fingers and legs, not feeling to do anything. Since I started taking this product, I am energetic and all those uneasiness and restlessness of joints and limbs are gone.
