FRM was not working and my window was stuck open, it was also draining the battery. They were able to fix it and it's working perfectly now, great price for the service. I was a bit nervous at first just because I had a friend who worked for BMW tell me that the FRM for my BMW X5 E70 would cost me almost 2K to fix! But I gave it a chance and it was the best decision ever! I sent it in and they were able to get it back to me ASAP! I installed it back in the car and everything worked like a charm!
