I my opinion, this book rates 20 STARS. All the recipes are very easy with short preparation time. Either 15 minutes or 30 minutes from start to finish, and has great photos of every recipe. How do these recipes sound? Spinach-Feta Filo Roll, Almond Pound Cake, Mocha Sandwich Cookies, Coconut-Blackberry Cookies, Raspberry-Lemon Muffins and many other delicious breads, tarts, pies, cheesecakes and cakes.
