Allman Bootleg

This tape is very typical of a bootleg tape. Though sound quality is not going to be anywhere close to a professional standard, this cd is not even close to being enjoyable to listen to. Expected but at the same time also disappointing. If you just want a tape of Allman’s last performance this is one you will enjoy. If you want that and typical Allman Brothers quality you will be disappointed. Great CD, for all true Allman Brothers fans. Made me feel that I was back at the Fillmore East listening to Duane and the band playing live. Important historical recording for your Allman Brothers collection, especially if you never had a chance to hear the great Duane Allman sing and play live. This is a beautiful thing. Any fan of the allman brothers or rock history will appreciate this rough (recording wise) but amazing last performance of Duane allman. Long live the sky dog!
