Good value and looks great!

It seems well made, has good features, and looks really cool. On some eBay pages it says it is 'Made in USA' - don't be fooled, it's actually made in China like many other genuine Fender accessories. Nice gig bag. But would have preferred that it had not been folded for transit, as this damages the supportive nature of such a gig bag, reducing its life and usefulness.
