Engine Control Module (ECM) ACDelco GM Original Equipment 12651994

Need better instructions

The ECM worked right away, but the instructions do not include how to get it to recognize an immobilizer key (key fob). The car won't start without using a good scanner or towing it to the dealer.

ECM worked perfectly. Vehicle started right up. All I had to do was a crank relearn, no problem. Mom’s back on the road.

Computer purchased would not allow the vehicle to start.

The computer was supposed to be programmed to the VIN of the vehicle and it would not crank or start.
