Always excellent quality from Elixir
I'm just trying out the Polyweb finish at the moment, having been a nanoweb user for ages. The tone is bright and spanky with lots of punch, although I'm finding the Polyweb to be a little more grippy, like a left bank Bordeaux that's not quite aged enough. Elixir strings are the best!
I have used Elixir strings for some years on both electric and acoustic guitars. They have great feel and tone. Top class!!

Pay the extra, get the quality
Nano coating gives extended playability, cost more but you can get a heck of a lot of gigs out of them before you have to change them. Also, never ever broke one on stage.

Quite natural feel
I'd say they're as described on the packet. They do last a long time, so good for teaching a whole term.

Premium product without the heavy price tag.
Great value and quality, premium product.
I was recommended to use this (newer) range from Elixir, which provide better tone and harmonic response than the previous range which uses a thicker coating.

These are excellent and last longer. Try them - now fitted to both my tele and Strat. Perfect for slides and improved sustain.
