ESP Ms-10 Multi-spanner Pro Tool 59045 fromJAPAN

Good tool but poorly finished

My only problem with this tool is that the blue anodised finish is oddly scuffed, making it look almost second-hand rather than new. I'm not sure how this happened but it's disconcerting.
