Doctor Who: the Complete Fifth Season (Blu-ray, 2010)

The best of the David Tennant reign

I have to start off by saying that although this program has been on 50+ years, I didn't get into it until they launched the new Series in 2005. That being the case I've found David Tennant to be my favorite Doctor. I've seen a bit of the older programs with their Doctors as well as the newer Series but Tennant still remains my best bet.

All that being said, Series 2 has the best of David Tennant's reign. The storylines are great, the vilians are great, and the special effects are great, it's just "classically great" Doctor Who. Every story works!Vollständige Rezension lesen

It's Doctor Who!

If you like Doctor Who this is entertaining season. Matt Smith makes an excellent Doctor and Karen Gillan is a fetching companion. The video quality is fine. Recommended for fans.

This collection has constant frame drops...

This collection has constant frame drops/skips throughout every episode. Likely due to the difference in FPS from UK to US. Can be really frustrating to watch
