Discovery Mind blown engine kit.
I was very satisfied, as the kit was as I expected. Yes, it is very similar to the Haynes Build Your Own Combustion Engine and simple to build. However, it is designed differently and it is a little larger. For some time, I have been collecting all model engines which have internal parts such as these and I now have more than 20. I'm 73 years old, so I have enjoyed building all kinds of models.
As for this Mind Blown kit, it assembled very nicely. Many times motorized plastic engines don't run as you might expect. However, this is one of the many that does, and it works even better than most.

The cheapest and easiest way to learn about automotive 4 cylinder engines!!!
high quality manufactured model kit. Only one complaint, the spark plug wiring is very cumbersome because each plug light has to have a + and - wire to complete the DC circuit. Maybe for future production the manufacturer can include heat shrink tubing or some other type of wire tie system for a better and neater appearance. Other than that I was able to put it together and had it running in about an hour. Great toy for teaching kids

Perfect for 10 yr old
I work on a lot of motorcycles. This was GREAT to show and explain what is happening and the parts in a motor. Even cooler when you can turn it on and see it run and spark plugs working

A little disappointed
It's kinda built cheap. I still have a cylinder I need to work on. Because the parts don't fit like they should and I have to sand/file to make more smoothly.
