Digitrax Sound decoder
For the money you get what you pay for, the sound is very low and you can not increase the volume. But you get what you pay for and will not buy again. Ok for a beginner.

Good value!
Straightforward installation. Instructions are good. Can be used for steam or diesel era locomotives. Well worth the price!

Quality of manufacturing is fine. Sound is just ok, not great. For a low budget it's fine. I won't buy another.

some good,some just bad,i got the latter....
ran for about 20 mins. then just quit working.must of got a bad one from factory,sending it to digitrax for repair or replacement,no fault of yankeedabbler,,,,

Hard to review this decoder as I have just received it. I have installed it and tried it a couple of times without any problems. Sounds good. Hope to get more use of it in the near future.

Easy to install and easy to program but the sound is to low eaven when the master volume is turned all the way up.
