Too light for some HO locomotives

Very small and easy to install, but some HO locomotives draw more than the 1.0A current rating.
The Digitrax DH126 is a safer choice for HO. It's twice the size, and has a 1.5A current rating.

Great basic decoder.

I have used several of these decoders. They are compact and easy to fit into HO scale locomotives. If you only need two lights and a motor connection, they do the job nicely.

It did the job I needed done. The blue line with sound ran on dc ,now it runs on D C C.
