works great adn is easy to connect
Pro:- Good value, Works great and very small. lots of USB ports. Easy to connect and automatically recognizes multiple monitors.

Inconsistent
Glitchy performance with Microsoft Surface Pro 2. The ethernet cable needs to be speed limited to allow if to function and occasionally the screen mirroring flashes non-stop until the dock is disconnected and reconnected . Dell Docking Station!!

Such a good buy
Supper happy with it. Woking from home with 2 screens a laptop mouse and keyboard this unit had allowed me to have it all connected and now I can work and share my screen in meetings. Plug and Play
It just works - plug it in and Windows organises the correct drivers and you get your displays.
It may help that I am using a Dell laptop of a similar age - they're made to work together.
