Great game at a great price!
Great game for those who grew up on Nintendo and want to get into DDR without buying a Playstation. It's also great for DDR noobz because it has easy levels that provide some very basic practice. You won't find comparably easy levels on Playstation DDR games. The super hard levels will still provide a challenge for experienced players. Most of the songs are remixes of songs from older Mario games (upping the nostalgia factor). Like all DDR games, it's great exercise without feeling like exercise.
Since is a GameCube game (played on a console that uses AV cables), the graphics aren't great. Who plays DDR for the graphics anyways? You have to play Story Mode to earn songs - which is obnoxious. The storyline is very cheesy and forced, and it takes way too long to go through all the unnecessary dialogue amongst characters. Once you earned the songs, you're good to go and can play whatever, whenever in "Free Mode."
Personally, I love it. It's hard to believe I played it almost 15 years ago. Now, I am playing as a 35-year-old mom and my 5 year old and 5 month old are entertained watching me while I am having fun and getting in some exercise. Great game for the whole family
Its a very fun gamento play i just wish the dancing pad was about a foot wider for adults to join in with the kids and play. But for an old game for Nintendo Game cube its awesome!!!!!

Very nice Mario game!
The game works very well, I even got a game in brand new condition still factory sealed and everything. I was surprised to receive a new unopened copy of Mario Mix!

NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM MARIO ,COMPARED FROM ALL THE ORIGINAL GAMES.....COULD BE BETTER. WOULD RATHER SEE MORE ADVENTURE TYPE OF GAMES FOR MARIO.......................
