Excellent artisan bread book

Great step by step instructions for artisan breads with excellent illustrations. Very well written and detailed information on sourdough and other specialities. Good but too detailed

It’s good with lots of detail, but too chefie for me, I wanted something more down to earth and not so time consuming

Great workout for the hands

The book outlines the facts about baking breads simply and has a great selection of recipes for different types of breads. My son in law is also reading it and will probably keep it eventually

Great book step up from his first book dough if your into bread making or want to start Richard bertinet books are the way to go. Never knew my homemade breads could taste so good!
