A must have if you suffer from ulcerative colitis!!

I only found this book by chance (insomnia shopping). It is light weight and absolutely packed with information, recommendations, facts and personal experiences of the author and other contributors, who also suffer from ulcerative colitis. A little gem of positivity

Having only being diagnosed 5 months ago, and battling with UC, it was wonderful to read this book. It has given me some hope that things will improve, some wonderful pointers and some incredible food for thought-particularly the future treatments.
A fantastic read, for sufferers and their families alike.
