Good quality, but not for me
This pillow did not help my neck issues. However, it is a good quality, heavy pillow and someone who does not have neck troubles would probably find this pillow good. It has an outer casing that is good quality and quilted with a zipper. The inner casing also has a zipper and you can add more stuffing or take it out as you need to. Which I didn't do. I found that it did not keep my neck up like I needed and possibly more in it may have made it better, though it also may have made it too high. . My head would sink down into the pillow and I would wake up with a sore neck and numb hands. There is a odor to it that I had not noticed with other pillows. It was a little strong, so you may need to air it out for a day or two before using it. I have a pinched nerve in my neck so I may never find a pillow to help me and is why I would recommend it. Pillow of the highest quality.
I purchased this pillow for my girlfriend. She has spinal problems and arthritis in her cervical area. This pillow allowed her to adjust the the height of her head to the perfect position. She wakes up with less discomfort. A bag comes with the pillow and it contains a generous amount of extra foam should you need more. My girlfriend had to REMOVE some from her pillow upon delivery. You'll have plenty.

This pillow is awesome because it is as soft or as firm as you want it to be. It comes in a zipper pouch that lets you add or remove some of the contents.
