So we bought two
One for the bin , one for the toilet as we have a 20 month little dude who has his hands everywhere at the moment. At first the do an awesome job of staying shut! Including to adults as they are ridiculous to try an open, needing to use both hands and usually get down the the same level as the lock! But after about a week of use the sticky pad which holds the top half of the lock on, well that doesn’t stick anymore so completely pointless being there at all now, now all my little one has to do is a small put and the lid sticky flips up and boom he’s in! Good idea but it doesn’t stick to my toilet as it’s not flexible therefore not much surface area to stick to a curved toilet
