Good exercises, boring video

Callanetics exercises are effective. Deep work, definitely feel the burn. This collection seems to be an earlier one than the one with the blue cover. I own the blue book and the vhs of the blue cover. I believe in the exercises, but the video is SO boring. The participants look like indentured servants; there is no joy.
