Exceptional, difficult to set.
It is a beautiful watch with exceptional features but, it is very difficult to set. Even a Citizen dealer and repair shop struggled with it.

Best Citizen for the value!
Pretty much the coolest design with most features in the citizen radio Solar lineup. This model is also more reasonably priced that similar models.

Great watch
Great watch with a bunch of features. Not too heavy, big watch face. Only down side is you have to download the users manuals, Citizen is "saving paper and the planet".
