Heartwarming and Funny
This pompous Manager wanted to eliminate Santa letters from taking up space at his branch. A lady had come from Headquarters intending to answer the Santa letters and he tried getting one of his underlings to get information on her so he could have an excuse to let her go. Instead, the person fell in love with her and you get the indication during the movie that she may actually be Santa's daughter. When one of his female co-workers gets wind of what's going on, she sends an e-mail to Corporate about the Manager who ends up getting demoted and the other person ends up being HIS boss.
