Not bad
It's alright but it's not right by any means I've only tried one thing out of it so far, yet I have had a good flick through it and I've yet to see any mention of MSG which is essentially in every Chinese home kitchen and take out but saying this it's clear and to the point but I wouldn't class it as proper takeout it's a good starting point though and I'm sure if you know anything about cooking you'd figure out the rest/how to make it 95% like a good takeout Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Great photos, well presented
I haven't tried the recipes yet but the photos make the food look appetising and inviting. It's clearly written by someone who has a lot of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for the food he is cooking. Will try it out soon!
