Just bought this knife sharpener which is fantastic on sharpening my high quality knife set. The before and after comparison on a unsharpened knife to one sharpened by my new device is amazing . Expensive sharpener

After several attempts to sharpen a knife to a razor sharpness still required honing on a oil stone. It doesn't sharpen knives to razor sharp as it claimed
