Christmas gift

I'm sorry but, I can't answer the other two questions. This is a Christmas gift, soo I can't say anything about entertaining and characters engaging. Once I hear from my Mother, I'll let you know.

Great buy!

Inexpensive and played well. In the opening scenes the pictures shakes just a little, but not enough to interfere with what's going on and it subsides quickly.

engaging

It is a good movie because it tells a story that will have you rooting for the characters. The music engages you and so does the story about 2 British runners in the 1924 Olympics in Paris.
