Feeling better for it.
I started taking these over a year ago and religiously take one a day with my muesli, it took a while to feel the benefits but I feel much better than I did a year ago. I cycle between 30 and 50 miles every weekend for 6 years and I was finding it harder so thought I 'd try these. It's taken a good 6 months but I now feel stronger and my stamina is way better than it was before taking them. Well worth a try but don't expect a quick pick me up be patient. When I felt a little under par after surgery the surgeon recommended a multi vitamin for the over fifties. That's a good enough recommendation for me and I've taken one a day of these for the past two years. Do they do me any good? We use these vitamins all the time. They are very expensive if you buy them on the high street -

low on zinc
