A-ha Cast in steel

Having seen the recent A-ha Cast in Steel concert in support of this album, The songs were quickly and noticeably liked, Morten's vocals in studio work are precise, clear and perfectly in-tune to the music, The album certainly does grow on you, Its not full of "gadgetry" instead it is mostly acoustic with very little effects, As a 10th studio album, Its fair to say its certainly an enjoyable addict-able easy and pleasant content.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

A-Ha still as brilliant as ever

Love this album. A-Ha are still as brilliant as ever. This album is mature and meaningful. The lyrics really made me think about the meaning of life. My favourites are The Wake and Living At The End Of The World. I bought before seeing them at the Cast In Steel concert at the 02 so I would know all the words.
They didn't do many songs from this great album at the live concert, but when a band has many so many brilliant songs over so many years they gave a good mixture of old and new.
