Eye opening, unrivaled natural alternative medicine guidelines

Ive learned so much, but as a smoker of tobacco, the wonderful yet fragile treatment of CBD for anxiety/social phobia is short lived due to toxins from tobacco smoke. And i can say that no medicine for depression/social phobia has that a balanced effect not to mention lack of side effects.

I didnt know either that every skin cell has an endo cannabinoid system, with cannabinoid receptors.

After reading this book i definitely know how nature/or evolution has weaved itself through our bodies.
