Best product for improving nasal breathing.
I've been using this product, nearly every night, for over 20 years. Without them I would not be able to breathe through my nose, when sleeping.

The original & best
In my humble opinion the genuine Breathe Right strips are the only product of this type i will buy. I have tried all the others clones & for me that just don't cut it.

Stick With Name-Brand Tan Ones
Even though I'm a cheapo at heart and always look for cheaper alternatives, sometimes you just have to buy the name-brand over the generic copies to get what you really want. This is very much the case with this kind of product. The alternatives really don't work as well in my experience, the ends start peeling off your nose by the time you're ready to wake back up. Even the name-brand clear version doesn't hold as well as the tan ones. The tan versions are great, VERY sticky, you have to peel it off SLOWLY when you're done because if you do it too fast, you're likely to peel off some of your nose skin as well! Use these every night to get a good nights sleep!
I use one every night. Have used them for years to get a good nights sleep. They work to hold open the passages in the nose for easier air passage. They also limit snoring.

Helps me using a cpap machine getting a better night’s sleep.
I use rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball to clean excess oil from
my nose, this will then stick all night.
